Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.
The Paralegal's responsibilities include:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through the demand and settlement stage.
- Obtain, review, and organize police reports, medical records, medical bills, insurance information, and lien documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third-party contacts.
- Support attorneys and case managers with case development and documentation.
- Prepare demand-related materials and ensure case files are complete and organized.
- Coordinate settlement closing documents and assist with disbursement processing.
- Maintain accurate case information within Salesforce and other case management systems.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of legal experience required; personal injury experience preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to handle difficult or emotional client interactions effectively.
- Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records, bills, and insurance documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume case environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
